Competitive Epee Training Sessions

Each private lesson is $40*. Private lessons are 20 minutes in duration. Payment is due by the end of each lesson.

A monthly private lesson subscription is $120/month* ( 1 private lesson/week, max 4 lessons/month). Signing up for a monthly lesson subscription guarantees one or more weekly private lessons. Participation in a monthly plan entitles the fencer to a reserved time slot for their lesson each week. Payment for monthly lesson plans is due by the 1st session of each month No makeup lessons. No refunds. The fencer can cancel the subscription at any time.

*College students pay half price. Pricing accommodations can be made due to financial hardship.

Personal/Custom Epee Training Programs

This is a customized competitive training program. Students who want to enhance their competitive skills (setup, delivery, tactics, reading opponents’ intent, goal setting, etc.) will be evaluated, and a custom training program will be tailored to the student’s needs. The focus of this program is on accelerated, incremental improvement of competitive performance and results. This is a month-to-month program that provides students with a higher level of personalized training and services and is customized to the specific athlete’s needs. This program requires a higher level of commitment from the athlete which includes a minimum of two private lessons per week(included), and participation in competition as identified in the plan. To ensure that the members of this program get the attention that they deserve, no more than 2 athletes will be trained in this program each month. Students must have 3 or more years of competitive experience and be at least 13 years of age to participate. This program is an independent “concierge” program. $300/month (includes 2 private lessons/week, up to 8 lessons/month).

Competition (Strip) Coaching

Whether it’s a local meet or national championship, strip coaching can provide immediate response and support for a better competitive outcome. To provide an appropriate level of focus on the athlete, no more than 4 fencers will be strip coached at any event (i.e. cadet men’s epee). Strip coaching at competitions is a one-off contracted service. The cost is $150 per athlete, per event, plus travel and expenses.

Competitive Epee Workshops

Competitive/advanced epee workshops are available as a contracted service. The cost of a workshop in your facility is $100/hour (2-hour minimum), plus travel expenses. This assumes that the host provides for all facility expenses. This is an excellent way to raise money for your club!
